Rosalind Jeffries (Roz), President of the Performance Enhancement Group, is a nationally known and respected management consultant and speaker. She specializes in designing and implementing programs to help her clients attract, retain, and get the best performance from their employees.

Over the course of her long and distinguished career, Roz’ accomplishments include shaping the management practices of some of the nation’s corporations, organizations, and federal agencies. She has trained managers and employees at companies and organizations as diverse as Department of Navy, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, BMW, and University of Kentucky.

Her workshops and her book, 101 Recognition Secrets: Tools for Motivating and Recognizing Today’s Workforce, are a culmination of three years of research and field study with over 25,000 managers and employees.
