Instructional Design Services

  • All instructional design services incorporate the tenets of adult education and are based on the ADDIE model.
  • Course design is based on needs analyses, extensive interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and a thorough review of relevant document including policies and procedures.
    • Development of preliminary plan for all lessons and modules, with clearly articulated performance objective and activities
    • Proposed delivery method(s) and training material
  • Course Development
    • Build out content of each module/course based on the client-approved design
    • Review and revise as necessary in consultation with the SME
  • Pilot Course
    • Conduct class in an actual classroom setting with a group of targeted learners
    • Allows course developers, curriculum designers, SMEs, and the learners themselves to evaluation the course/activities/materials for:
      • Flow
      • Timing
      • Effectiveness and clarity of activities
      • Achievement of objectives
      • Accuracy and comprehensiveness of content
  • Course Revisions and Launch
    • Based on the lessons learned from the Pilot
    • Final revisions made with input from SME(s)
