Instructional Design Services
- All instructional design services incorporate the tenets of adult education and are based on the ADDIE model.
- Course design is based on needs analyses, extensive interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and a thorough review of relevant document including policies and procedures.
- Development of preliminary plan for all lessons and modules, with clearly articulated performance objective and activities
- Proposed delivery method(s) and training material
- Course Development
- Build out content of each module/course based on the client-approved design
- Review and revise as necessary in consultation with the SME
- Pilot Course
- Conduct class in an actual classroom setting with a group of targeted learners
- Allows course developers, curriculum designers, SMEs, and the learners themselves to evaluation the course/activities/materials for:
